So Where the heck do I begin?Do I begin by telling you how late I stayed up reading My Side?How bleary eyed I was this morning because of it?Do I begin by telling you how immersed I was in the book?Where oh Where do I begin?First off Tara Brown is a genius.Its that simple.My Side literally draws you in and keeps you enthralled until the very end.At the end your grasping at straws hoping the book doesn't actually have to end.I don't do spoilers so That's that.I will say I loved Erin and I loved Lochlan. The secondary characters were awesome.Pure Awesome.I literally just want to keep gushing and ooohing and ahhing over how great My Side is.It got me over my book slump.The feeling of reading a great book and having it end..but being okay with it ending is great.Tara as always has outdid herself.She has written yet another winner.She is an outstanding author.Her books never cease to amaze me.Great Job Tara!

I really really enjoyed this book.It was so nice to read a story where honestly there wasn't too much drama.This is the story of Gabrielle Willis who moves to New York to try and forget a horrible tragedy.I loved the humor in this book.I really enjoyed the banter between Gabrielle and Brad..I could totally listen to them banter all day long.I think one of the things that threw me off was that this book takes place 3 years after the tragedy..I was expecting it to take place maybe a year later so the 3 year gap was a bit unexpected.But thats just me and doesn't take away from the book just me being nitpicky.Now Dane..Im not sure about him.I believe Beth played his part very well.However I wish Gabby had been smarter and seen through Dane...because I saw what he was way in advance.Brad..Well Brad is seriously a superhero..when you read the book you will understand...Not all superheroes wear capes.Love Love..is Love Loved By Le'BookSquirrel!Beth Michele wrote and amazing book and you will definitely want to take the time to read it!

I’ve always been an avid reader. Majoring in English Literature was a no brainer. Becoming a teacher and instilling my love for reading into my students was also a no brainer. I’ve spent the last ten years teaching and I’ve loved (mostly) every minute of it. When I was home on maternity leave for my third son, I discovered a new genre that sparked my creativity. My passion for writing sprang from my love of reading and once I knew I had a story to tell, I couldn’t wait to get it out there.     Abbi Glines has finally released the much anticipated,The Vincent Brothers. I have been on Pins and Needles waiting on It to release.It did not disappoint! I (whispers) may have enjoyed it more then I enjoyed The Vincent Boys.The Vincent Brothers picks up 6 months after Sawyer and Ashton break up. If you have read the Vincent Boys you know that Sawyer and Ashton broke up since she fell in love with Beau.Ash's cousin Lana visits over the summer and Sawyer while at first has not pure intentions towards Lana He eventually realizes perhaps what he had with Ashton was not what he was supposed to have.
     I truly loved getting to know Sawyer better..I LIKED that this was a new and improved Sawyer.In the Vincent Boys we really did not get to know Sawyer as well as Beau.Lana was great as well..she was a perfect fit for Sawyer.I liked that she knocked his socks off and didnt take any crap from him.Know what else I adored in this book?There was an Epilogue.I adore Epilogue's.It takes me to my happy place.Oh and Last but not least how awesome is the cover?It pops and is just gorg! I literally did not want to put my kindle down while reading.Finally..Abbi...please...I beg you..Keep writing..I need more of your books.

     I think I have found my 2nd in line for Travis Maddox In Lucas.Why is that my first sentence you may ask?It's very significant.Travis is a hard character to live up to and well Lucas is right there next to him.Let me backtrail though.Jacqueline follows her current boyfriend,Kennedy to college where he dumps her in what I would call very douche like terms.Sometimes happens to her walking to her car from a party one night and there she meets Lucas.She falls into a slump and needs tutoring..Enter Landon.Throughout the book you will learn to love both Landon and Lucas..who will she choose?Or will she have to?
   I fell in love with the secondary characters in Easy as well as the primary characters...Who wouldnt want an Erin by her side?Lucas..well there is just something about a guy with tattoos and a lip ring isn't there?Whew is it hot in here?Lucas and Jacqueline fairly sizzled with chemistry.Tamarra did an amazing job showing that its good and perfectly right to stand up for yourself after being a victim of a crime or an attempted crime.I like that Jacqueline and her friends took self defense classes..I loved that they didnt just sit back and do nothing.I have nothing to critique about this book.I loved it from start to fnish..in fact I could do with a sequel. You deserve a rousing round of applause.

   I enjoyed this book.Kate is a girl on her own pretty much and Ryan is her professor.They are both adults and find each other attractive.They begin a relationship and have some twists and turns.Afterall..what relationship is perfect?While I enjoyed this book I did have some issues with it.Perhaps it had to do with a review I read..Perhaps not.
   Let me start off,Prior to reading this story I made a mistake by reading a quote.This quote stated the male character was like my beloved Travis Maddox from Beautiful Disaster and My Other Beloved Sebastian Grey.That is ALOT to live up to and well unfortunately Ryan fell short in my eyes.Way Short.Its almost like comparing silk to cotton.
   There were times in this book where the storyline just felt so rushed..Its disappointing to enjoy a book only to have an author rush to get it done..or it feel like its being rushed.It literally took 3 short chapters for major happenings in the book only to have it end very shortly after.A love scene at the end of the book just kind of came out of nowhere it felt like it was trying to do a bit fifty shades but since it wasn't throughout the book it did not really fit.I would have liked to know what Ryan was thinking and would have slowed it down a bit.
   Overall,I did enjoy the book.I did have issues with the book.Would I read a story by Rachael Wade again?Probably,I cant help but feel a bit let down though.I think the summary was bit better then the actual book.You can find Preservation HERE on Amazon.

  Another Young Adult book based on Pride and Prejudice.Gasp!Luckily I Adore Pride and Prejudice.The book takes place in a ritzy type school with the main characters being Elise and Derick.I enjoyed the writing style and Elise's witty and quirky comments.Her way of dealing with certain circumstances was refreshing.
  I cant help but feel some of this book is similar to another Pride and Prejudice tale I read but as the book is based on Jane Austen that is to be expected.I wish there was more Elise and Derick romance,I would have enjoyed a few more chapters of them together.Overall a very cute take on Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice.Will enjoy reading more by Claire LaZebnik.

   Let me start by saying I enjoyed this book.I didnt love it but I enjoyed it. In the story you find Anna and her father moving back to where her mother and father met.Her father takes a job as I want to say Park ranger type.You get the feeling that father and Daughter both practically live in the water.Anna Meets Tyler who is a lifeguard on the beach where her father works and where she lives.I kept picturing in my mind Anna looking like Kate Bosworth in Blue Crush.I loved hearing about the Moonglass in the story(I wont ruin it..you must read to find out!) and the sea glass..I would love to find some!
   A few things that bothered me about the book.While reading it kept a steady pace..the entire time I kept waiting for some sort of climax.Which, while it somewhat happened towards the end it felt rushed to me.I would have liked to explore Anna and Tylers relationship a bit more.I would have loved to have had Anna spend more time with her friends.The entire book kept mentioning Mermaids so much that half expected her mother to have turned into a Mermaid..but no it turns out she was mentally ill.I also wish the author had written a bit more on mental illness or Anna coming to terms with it.
  Overall an enjoyable book that made me feel like I was a part of summer.If you want to read this book you can find MOONGLASS at amazon.
 

The Light Tamer(The Light Tamer Trilogy)-Devyn Dawson

Jessie moved from New York to North Carolina one week after school let out for summer break. Her newly single mother and Jessie move in with grandma Gayle. Being a teen in a retirement area, is one more thing to add to her 'this sucks' list. It's bad enough to have to move, but even worse her alcoholic father left them as he went on a quest to be an artist in Greece.

Things begin to look up when she is reintroduced to Caleb, the dorky boy that saved her life one summer at the beach. Caleb is no longer scrawny and nerdy, he is now tall, dark and handsome. Caleb is a Light Tamer.

Jessie and Amber become fast friends. Amber is a no frills girl, her snarky comments and sassy attitude will raise a few eyebrows and have you laughing out loud. Amber is rough around the edges, a light tamer with only two years left to find the one she is bound to. Her father's surfing accident left her dad paralyzed and her brother dead.

This paranormal romance will keep you on the edge of your seat with humor, romance, and determination. Fall head over heels for Caleb and Jessie.

    New Author for me AGAIN!What a great first book to read by Devyn Dawson.This book is the first in a Trilogy.It revolves around the lifes of Jessie,Caleb and Amber.Jesse moves to North Carolina with her mom to live with her grandma who does not like to be reminded that she is infact a grandma.While there Jesse learns some new and interesting things about herself and life isnt so straight and narrow as she though.I've read paranormal romances before and have never heard of light tamers so this is all new to me..Since it is new I wish there was just a few pages set aside so I knew what they were.Rather then explaining it half here and half there.Some of the wording was redundant,Jesse's use of Oh My Gawd got a bit annoying.I did enjoy her inner dialogue though.
   Amber had me laughing the whole time..some of her comments were so perfectly timed and so snarky that you just had to like her because you know she didn't mean them.Caleb Caleb..he was all around a good guy..It felt as though he did no wrong..I would have liked to see more dialogue from him and maybe some of his inner thoughts.My only other fault with the book was the "fight" scene seemed rushed and then when Jesse had her issues with Clark it too seemed rushed and I felt broadsided I guess because we went from the fight to her losing her bond and becoming a different person..
    Overall I really enjoyed it.I know I had a few issues with it but it doesnt mean I didnt enjoy it or fall in love with the start of this series.I look very forward to book 2 of the Light Tamer Trilogy.You can find it HERE on amazon.I hope you get sucked into Jesse and Caleb's story as well!

   Ive been waiting on baited breath for Saving You Saving Me to release and It finally has!!When I first started reading this book I was a bit confused as it was taking me in a different direction then the book description But it brought me there and I understood her reasons for doing that.I have to say some of it reminded me of a PG Shades of Grey,Some of the commentary..her inner friends.I would have liked to get to know the characters a bit better,However knowing that this is book 1 in a 3 part series there is still time for that as these are complex characters.I did tear up..and a book that makes me tear up is a good book in my eyes..The best part of this book?It left me wanting more and left wanting to beg Kailin Gow to write faster or release sooner...If only it was that easy.
  Im glad that these issues are being brought to light.When I was in high school(many moons ago) I could have used this Phone counseling due to bullying issues.Nothing makes me heart happier then knowing people and authors are taking these issues seriously.      A friend suggested this book to me on GoodReads..I am SO extremely happy they did.Prior to this book this author was unknown to me.Can I just say Bravo?You know a book is well written and entertaining when you are cooking and reading at the same time.Yes,I almost burnt breakfast due to not being able to stop reading this darn book!I fell in love with all of the Characters and felt like I was in that little town in the coffee shop. I wish it had been longer and I would have enjoyed a bit more romance in the story.Thats about it though.
   If your looking for an excellent Book then Coffehouse Angel is one to try out.You won't regret it!I hope you fall in love with it as much as I did.

   Im FINALLY writing a review for this wonderful book after reading it three times.I cannot get enough of this book.Jessica Park is a excuse the pun..Flat Out Genius.Julie and Matt grabbed me from the getgo..even Celeste what a wonderful young lady.I absolutely adored the banter between characters.The book contained a serious subject about Losing a loved one  but was written so well that while it was sad it had enough bantering between characters to not make it dreary.I Fink I love Flat Finn.
   Flat Out Love is a book not to be missed.Seriously,if you haven't read it what on earth are you waiting for?Stop what your doing and head on over HERE and order it right away!

I Wish there was some way I could Beg Jessica Park to write a sequel.Pretty Please?With not one but two cherries on top?!?!?!?! I would really be a disservice to the YA readers not to write one(yes i'll even attempt guilt to get her to write another)
