*ARC REVIEW* SWITCHED BY CASSIE MAE

SWITCHED BY CASSIE MAE
TBR: DECEMBER 2 2013

Ever since high school, Kayla has been crazy for gorgeous football player Talon. But before she could muster the courage to tell him, he became a hot item with her beautiful BFF, Reagan. The only person who knows Kayla’s secret is Wesley, Talon’s best bud—and he’s got it bad for Reagan. Now they’re all in college together, hanging out 24/7. For Kayla, seeing the two lovebirds together is absolutely unbearable. So Kayla and Wesley hatch a plot to drive them apart before Talon has a chance to give Reagan the Christmas gift she’s been waiting for.

Soon enough, the once happy couple is fighting. Reagan suddenly can’t get enough of Wesley’s goofy sense of humor, and Talon seems to be paying more attention to Kayla than a guy who’s “only a friend” ever should. But just when everything seems to be falling into place, Kayla and Wesley accidentally spend a night together and discover a hitch in their plan they never considered: that switching partners may not lead to a perfect ending after all.

        Le'BookSquirrel's Review
5 STARS..BUT as usually deserving of far more!!!
Disclaimer:I recieved an ARC for an HONEST Review!

Here's the deal with Cassie Mae.Each one of her books is better then the last. So everytime I review her books Im like this is the Best Book ever..and then I read her latest work and I'm like well crap. She keeps blowing me away. She keeps going above and beyond what I expect from her.I was all giggly and dancing all around the house when I finished Switched. It took me about an hour to get my giddiness in check and here I am wanting to re-read it so I can just jump back into the lives of these Characters.

Switched is the story of Kayla and Wesley who are both in love with someone else..specifically Kayla's best friends boyfriend and Wesley,is into Reagan. The problem is they are all four friends and Reagan and Talon are dating. Thus begins the great break up plan from Kayla and Wesley. Fortunately  things don't always turn out as planned and this book has an awesome little twist to it.

I kept envisioning Kayla and Talon during a certain scene

Can I just say how much I LOVED Kayla and Wesley? In fact I loved the foursome group of friends. Wesley Is my favorite boy that Cassie has written.Cassie writes real characters and thats what I love about her.Wesley isn't this smoldering tattoed, motorcycle riding bad boy who knows exactly what to say every minute of the day.He is a real guy that blushes and has a sarcastic funny side. The Chemistry was on point.I was googly eyed over Wesley. Not going to lie.

Im going to be honest.Cassie Mae makes it incredibly easy to write reviews for her books. They are all great and on par with those authors who have been given huge book deals. Im not even joking when I tell you to watch out for Cassie Mae.She is the next big thing coming and the book world needs to wake up and listen.I cannot express to you how important it is to read her books. Finally, Cassie You have written another amazing book and as always you deserve a round of applause and thank you for continuing to write. The world needs more writers like you.

*REVIEW* How to Date a Nerd By Cassie Mae

How To Date a Nerd
By Cassie Mae
Release Date: Sept 24 2013

Zoe has a great pair of legs, perky boobs, and wears exactly what she needs to show it all off. She works hard for the easy sleazy ‘you only wish you were me’ reputation, burying who she really is—an all-out nerd.

The only time Zoe gets to be herself is when she hides under her comforter to read X-Men comics, sending jealousy stabs at everyone who attends Comic-Con. Keeping up her popular rep is too important, and she’s so damn insecure to care about the consequences. But when Zoe’s sister takes her car for a ‘crash and burn into a tree’ joyride, her parents get her a replacement. A manual. Something she doesn’t know how to operate, but her next door neighbor Zak sure as heck does.

Zak’s a geek to the core, shunned by everyone in school for playing Dungeons and Dragons at lunch and wearing “Use the Force” t-shirts. And Zoe’s got it bad for the boy. Only Zak doesn’t want Popular Zoe. He wants Geek Zoe.

She has to shove her insecurities and the fear of dropping a few rungs on the social ladder aside to prove to Zak who she really is and who she wants to be… if she can figure it out herself.

REVIEW

10 STARS..But realistically we will give it 5 since thats they way it goes.

I received a ARC for an honest review

When I first heard Cassie was writing How to Date a Nerd I admit there may have been some happy dancing going on,Im not going to lie. When I hear that the awesome Cassie is writing another book your darn right Im going to get excited.
 photo tumblr_inline_msdctfXZcm1qz4rgp_zpsb37680e0.gif
Lets delve right in without any spoilers, mmmkay?Zoe is the epitome of mean girl at school. Not going to lie I envisioned Lindsey Lohan in the movie Mean Girls.
 photo images2_zps607c1b4c.jpg
But Zoe was 10 times better then Lindsey. The catch here is that Zoe is a closet nerd.Majorly closet nerd. She doesn't want to risk her reputation of being popular..possibly loose and somewhat mean.Say what? How can you possibly like a girl like that?Easy. Its a facade.Perhaps a bad choice on Zoe's part but a facade is what it is.You will learn why Zoe is the way she is once you read How to Date a Nerd.  Zac is the boy next door and the boy Zoe has the hots for.The problem?Zacs a nerd.Major nerd.Like one that would ruin Zoe's Popularity. But he's also happens to be a really HOT nerd.I have to say the ending was amazing and I wasn't prepared for how satisfying it would be.It left me literally hungry for more. Will Zoe finally overcome her fears of not being popular or will she choose popularity over love?
The writing as always flows amazingly smooth. The story draws you and keeps you entrenched in Zoe's we will say mental battle with the battle of popularity or nerd.Cassie makes writing a review easy because I can find nothing to critique her on.Period.Want some critiquing,Cassie ? You need squirrels in your book.There.

I am utterly convinced that Cassie is the next big thing. She is an amazing writer and I dive into her books the minute I can.You will not be disappointed.Give How to Date a Nerd a try..You will not be disappointed.Congratulations Cassie on another amazing book.

*REVIEW*Friday Night Alibi By Cassie Mae

Friday Night Alibi
By Cassie Mae
Release Date July 29 2013

Rising star Cassie Mae introduces New Adult readers to a practical soon-to-be college freshman who seems to have everything—until a special guy shows her what she’s been missing.

In the wealthy town of Sundale, Kelli Pinkins has hatched the perfect plan to capitalize on her sweet reputation. For a generous fee, she will be every trust-fund baby’s dream: a Friday-night alibi, the “girlfriend” or “BFF” that parents dream about. With college approaching in the fall, Kelli’s services are in demand more than ever, which means that her social life is nonexistent. But Kelli is A-okay with that. She’s raking in cash for school. Besides, relationships are tricky, and sometimes very messy. She’d rather be at home on Xbox LIVE, anyway. Then the unexpected happens: She meets college stud Chase Maroney.

Chase isn’t like the preppy, privileged guys Kelli usually meets in Sundale. For starters, he’s twentysomething, always wears black., and he shoots back one-liners as fast as she can dish them out. But Kelli’s attempts to drive Chase away falter when she realizes that he treats her like he really knows her, like he cares about knowing her. When Kelli finally gives in to the delicious kiss she’s been fighting for so long, she faces a tough decision: make Chase a real-life boyfriend and risk her heart . . . or keep her clients and lose her first true love.

REVIEW
5 STARS

I received an ARC for an Honest Review

Kelli Pinkins is a Friday Night Alibi. What is that? She is an excuse for others to see boys or girls that their parents don't want them to see.Or an excuse for them to visit a club. She gets paid and she gets paid well. All is going well for Kelli until Chase comes into the picture,Chase doesnt fit the Sundale image.Kelli has no idea what to do..does she say a Friday Night Alibi or give into something real?
This was a really cute read!Im so used to Cassie write from a males Point of View that I kind of missed it.I wish Kelli had been a tiny bit more girly acting.I don't know why but I just didnt get the feminine vibe from her.But that's just me.She's an awesome character.I dont think Cassie has yet to write a book I don't fall in love with.I swear my favorite part of the book is when Kelli is sick and Chase brings her food and medicine and Kelli starts crying and saying how people only use her and that no one is around for her and Chase says that he is here.Sniff Sniff.Dont quote me.Im sure I messed that part up but thats the gist of it.Seriously though.Cassie knows how to write and write she does! You definitly do not want to miss Friday Night Alibi!

Nerd wouldn't have been queried, wouldn't have even been written without my bloggy buddies and their support. So THANK YOU! This is the one that started it all :)

Here's the blurby thinger and my author stuff. :)
