*REVIEW* The Other C-Word By MK Schiller
Can she overcome her consuming desire for him? Can he make her comfortable with the other C-word…commitment?
Marley Mason is dreading the arrival of the new business consultant. After all, this man will most likely outsource her job to China. The last thing she would expect is a case of mistaken identity, leading to false accusations of kidnapping when she attempts to pick up the wrong man at the airport, or worse…that she would have such a visceral reaction to the right man.
Rick Randy is super sexy, scandalously flirty and perfect masturbation material, but a relationship is out of the question. Rick is contracted on a temporary basis to fix Marley’s ailing company, then pull out, although as he expresses to Marley, pulling out is difficult for him, in more ways than one! Marley’s feelings range from utter confusion to intense contemplation as Rick charms his way into her life. All of those C-words Marley can control, but it’s the other C-word she fears—commitment.

There comes a time when you read a book and the chemistry between the characters is blown out of the park. This is that book.Marley has to go pick up Rick from the airport..he is coming in to help the company where she works.Marley just might be out of a job once he is done. One check against Rick.Once at the Airport hilarity ensues as she almost takes the wrong man to her car.Rick just keeps getting Checks against him.I wish I could write and tell you all about them but seriously it would give away the book.Let me just tell you that The Other C-Word is a serious book with humor.I have never laughed so hard at some things Marley, rick or her mother said. Then the whole cat issue around the table.Whew.Just read it.You will understand.
The writing was amazing.I was enthralled and felt like I was part of the family and I wanted to be around that table at dinner time.My heart broke for Marley when I found out why she didn't do commitments. All around a 5 star read.I could not put it down and would definitely recommend this book to all my readers. It is a Mature read with some pretty HOT scenes.I look forward to reading more by M.K. Schiller.

*REVIEW* Ruin By Rachel Van Dyken
I'm not your typical girl. I've been running away from the memories that haunt me for so long that depression has become my only comfort. I was content in the darkness...until Wes Michals offered to be my light.
I didn't know that time wasn't my ally -- that every second that ticked past was one step closer to the end of something that was beginning to mean the end of myself. He tried to warn me. He promised me all he was able to offer--each moment as it came--but it would never be enough.
Sometimes when you think it's the end, it's only the beginning. Wes thought he could save me, but in giving me everything, he ruined me. Because after one kiss, one touch, I couldn't--I wouldn't ever be the same.
And from that moment on, his heartbeat became my own.

Holy Freaking Cow.I know what your thinking not very professional.Tough.This review calls for that.Ruin Blew me away.Simply put.I was in no way expecting to feel this way.I mean I fall in love with books but for me to be drawn to the characters so much, was outstanding.Number one,There isn't much background in the story. It works. Why?If you know Wes,who lives in the moment you will understand.Kiersten was a superb leading lady. Finally She is a character I was happy to read about.I hesitate to post any more about her as I really do NOT want to give spoilers away. Its not fair to the reader.Lets just say there needs to be more Kiersten's and Wes's in the book world.Wes takes hold of that Tim Mcgraw song,Live Like You Were Dying and grasps it to its fullest. He is someone to be proud of and Good Golly he could just talk for days and I would listen to every single word that comes out of his mouth.Kiersten is one lucky lady.Overall outstandingly written.Anyone who has dealt with cancer whether you have been diagnosed or a family member or friend will feel touched in this story.I hope everyone loves this story as much as I have and Bravo Rachel Van Dyken.Bravo.You have written one heck of a story.

*REVIEW*Nearly Broken By Devon Ashley
Nearly Broken
By Devon Ashley
We’d both gone missing at one point, but Claire had one thing I didn’t. Someone to notice. So why was I the one still here and she the one still gone?
Nineteen year old Megan Smith has spent the past year working in a small town diner in the middle of nowhere. Life is quiet, simple, safe. Then comes the news that her look-a-like has gone missing.
Claire.
Still damaged both physically and mentally, Megan's not looking to be noticed. Wherever she goes from here, it's a road she needs to take alone. But when Nickolas Ellis takes the job as the new nightshift cook, it scares her how easily her defenses crumble down, down, down for him. But there are secrets she can't bear to share with just anyone, unspeakable acts that continue to haunt, and when the similarities of Claire’s abduction couples with the fear of an unwanted visitor in town, the urge to run before it all happens again intensifies, threatening the only happiness Megan's ever found.

WHEW.Have you ever had a book move you so much your at a loss of words?Devon Ashley has done that.As I sit here with my head resting in my hands trying to get my head around this book Im wondering how I will be able to put into words how I feel about this Exquisite work of art.

This is not my first book by Devon Ashley and it certainly will not be my last. This is not an easy read. But it is a must read.It is not pretty. In fact its nitty gritty. The fact of the matter is she wrote about something that most do not talk about, that needs to be brought to light.Human Trafficking is a horrible thing.Devon wrote this book so well that I literally had to step away from the book at the epilogue due to my emotions being at an all time high.I would LOVE to read a sequel to this story so I can see the progress Megan and Nick have made. You have a standing Ovation from me Devon. You have done yourself proud and I will continue to read anything you write.
